DMCA / Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright owners. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established procedures to handle allegations of copyright infringement.

1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Claim

To request the removal of unauthorized copyrighted material from BOKEPINDOH.STUDY, you must submit a written notification containing the following elements:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works.
  • The exact URL (Universal Resource Locator) or specific link containing the allegedly infringing material.
  • Your physical mailing address, telephone number, and an active email address.
  • A good-faith statement declaring that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.

The most efficient way to submit these details is through our dedicated Report Content submission portal, which automatically collects all necessary DMCA requirements.

2. Counter-Notice Procedures

If your content was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe it was done in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notice must identify the removed material, include your contact details, state under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, consent to local jurisdiction, and provide your signature. For further details on user conduct and legal jurisdiction, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We enforce a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. Access to the service and associated accounts will be permanently terminated for any user or contributor who repeatedly uploads unauthorized materials or violates copyright protocols.
